The field of pathology is constantly evolving, and NanoGene Laboratory provides a one-stop-shop for all your histology needs. Our dedicated team is well-equipped with high-quality automated machines that ensure industry-grade quality and quick turnaround time. We offer services for gross, process, embed, and section paraffin and frozen tissue.

Immunohistochemical Staining

  • Investigate your tissue using our extensive transcriptase and proteome immunostaining services. We use a high-throughput automated platform that enables us to complete your request in less than 24 hours.

Digital Pathology

  • We provide whole slide imaging of bright field (HE, IHC and Special Stains) or immunofluorescence whole-slide images configured to scan FITC, GFP and other fluorochromes with a multiband filter, single scanning for multi-colors.
  • Whether you need routine histology or special stains, we have it all.
  • Internally validated for routine diagnostics and can be used for tumor board presentations and other pathology conferences, eliminating the need for a Multiheaded microscope.

Electron Microscopy

  • We offer a tech-only service for Kidney, and Muscle and Nerve biopsies.
  • Once processed, a PDF file with 20 to 30 images will be available to download on the NanoLink including images of plastic sections.

  • We offer additional EM services with Bigpharma and veterinarian colleagues. Please email us at em@nanogene.com
  • Please be advised this EM scope is a high-voltage transmission microscope and does not work very well with minerals. For Bio active material, a scanning EM is needed. Please call the lab if you need additional information.

Flow Cytometry

  • Technical component offers a great opportunity to our colleagues who are interested in reading their own cases without the hassle and cost of establishing a flow cytometry laboratory.
  • Our screening panel contains 34 antibodies that scan for myeloid, B and T-lymphoid cell disorders. We offer MRD panel with 1 million event acquisition to monitor disease after chemotherapy.
  • Analysis performed using CellGaiting and CytoPainting softwares, both are provided for comparison (Absolute count calculation if CBC values are available)
  • Most common analysis is performed using CellGaiting. Cell Painting analysis is useful for MRD and Large B-cell lymphoma diagnosis in diluted samples.

Help Setting Up your Flow Cytometry Lab, If you like our flow panels and the design of our template, we offer turn-key solution of our custom designed antibody panels, cocktail preparation, flow lab setup, and SOPs to our colleagues in the region.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Once you create a case on NanoLink, the lab will be notified, and a courier will be scheduled to pick up the sample.
  • The lab will perform the tests.
  • The lab will ship back the slides automatically to the sender at no additional cost.
  • If you choose Digital Pathology, a PDF report from our lab will be available on NanoLink, and you can download and review your slide through the link to our digital platform.
  • Turn around time is 1-3 days depending on type of service, stains requested and transport time.
